They are the best of their class, masters of their craft, and each one a true sensation! In "It's Showtime! The Battle of the Best," artists, singers, magicians, dancers, or comedians want to thrill the audience with their unique abilities.
Talents compete against each other in various categories and are judged by professionals. After the experts have determined the winners of the individual categories, the audience crowns who gets to be the day's winner at the end of the show.
As part of the creative team for this production, I had the privilege of working alongside renowned choreographer Marvin A. Smith as his assistant. Together, we were responsible for crafting the choreography and movement elements of the show for each of the talented contestants. Our goal was to make each act as visually stunning as possible, regardless of the performer's discipline. Whether they were dancers, singers, magicians, contortionists, or any other kind of entertainer, we worked tirelessly to elevate their performances to new heights.
It was a challenging and rewarding experience, and I feel fortunate to have been a part of it.
