Zoe Wees first rose to fame with her hit single "Control," which was streamed over 250 million times during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, everyone is familiar with the 19-year-old singer and songwriter who was born in Germany and has continued to capture the attention of music fans with her unique sound. Zoe had the opportunity to perform her single "Girls like us" at the special edition of one of Germany's most beloved TV shows, "Wetten, dass..?" hosted by show titan Thomas Gottschalk, to celebrate the 40th anniversary. "Girls like us" has since gained widespread popularity, reaching over 170 million streams on Spotify. It was a thrilling moment for Zoe and her fans, and a testament to her growing success as an artist.
As a choreography assistant, I was fortunate to be brought onto the Zoe Wees project to help create a dynamic and exciting routine for the live performance on national TV. Working with the dancers, I assisted in the development and refinement of the choreography, which was then performed alongside Zoe to an audience of over 10 million viewers on live national TV. It was an unforgettable experience to be a part of such a talented team and to contribute to the success of the performance, which was viewed by such a large audience. I am proud of the work we accomplished and grateful for the opportunity to showcase my skills on such a high-profile stage.
